Website Management.

We include the following in our website management contracts:

• Content updates (working and liaising with your in-house design and content team). Your designated staff member(s) can email us content updates to web-updates@theolivestudio.com

• Our Unlimited 100% SSD web hosting with Free SSL. Full specifications can be found here. (Usually £60/year)

• Web domain annual renewals. (Usually £15/year).

• Regular Theme/core files updates.

• Regular WordPress CMS updates.

• Regular Plugin updates. If any plugins are unsupported with newer CMS versions, we replace them to prevent possible security flaws and backdoor malicious code injection. We only use plugins licensed to us.

• Regular Security updates including updating any security plugins used along with their security profiles. This also includes regular back-end security monitoring, again to prevent malicious code injection and security flaws.

• Performance optimisation monitoring and optimisation work where necessary (aids SEO, working on page load times, image optimisations etc).

• Site backups at least twice a month (site and database backups).

• Server side updates eg PHP and optimisation (if your site is hosted with us).

• Ongoing support.

• Note: Redevelopment is not included nor is a partial development of the website which will require significant time. This can be discussed with us and we can quote you on any further work should you wish to have your website redeveloped in future.
